Rezvaneh Gharibi is an artist and designer born and based in Tehran, Iran. Her practice centers on letters, supported by ongoing study and research. She began her professional artistic journey with calligraphy in 2016, before developing work in illustration and exploring a range of artistic methods. Her photography, illustration, and lettering have been presented in exhibitions. She holds both a BA and an MA in Visual Communication, earned in Tehran. Since 2020, her practice has focused on Persian script and the questions surrounding it. Her research moves between the relationship of script to image and the intersections of Khatt with nationality, culture, and philosophy. Curiosity leads her across different fields, with conventional boundaries holding little authority in her artistic world. She connects this openness to the experience of thinking and living through Persian, approaching writing as a field of inquiry that extends beyond any single medium, discipline, or fixed interpretation.
رضوانه غريبي فنانة ومصمّمة وُلدت في طهران وتقيم فيها. تتمحور تجربتها حول الحروف، مستندةً إلى دراسة وبحث متواصلين. بدأت مسيرتها الفنية المهنية مع الخط عام ٢٠١٦، ثم انتقلت إلى الرسم التوضيحي واستكشاف أساليب فنية متنوعة. عُرضت أعمالها الفوتوغرافية ورسومها وأعمالها في الخط في معارض، وتحمل درجتَي البكالوريوس والماجستير في التواصل البصري من طهران. تركّز منذ عام ٢٠٢٠ على الكتابة الفارسية والأسئلة المحيطة بها؛ فتبحث في علاقة الكتابة بالصورة، وفي تقاطعات الخط مع الانتماء الوطني والثقافة والفلسفة. يدفعها الفضول إلى استكشاف مجالات مختلفة، من دون التقيّد بالحدود التقليدية بين التخصصات. وتربط هذا الانفتاح بتجربة التفكير والعيش باللغة الفارسية، متعاملةً مع الكتابة بوصفها مجالاً مفتوحاً للبحث، لا ينحصر في وسيط أو تخصّص أو تفسير واحد.
